The Big East Fork Residential Community Association is managed by the Center for Sustainable Stewardship (CSS). Membership in BEFRCA is required of all residential community members (owners and renters). Membership is secured by donation of CSS Fees in an amount determined by voting members of the Residential Community. As of May 2020, the fee is $250 per residential unit, per month.

Each residential household within the Community receives one vote at BEFRCA meetings.
