We are cocreating a eco community land trusts in Ashland City and Franklin, TN. We access to rural, natural, and agricultural line. We have drafted extensive operating agreements and in intend to share the land in perpetuity among compoment family homesteads. New homestead developement is desired, We also intend to lease to several resident owned businesses both independently and cooperatively structured. Our core values are centered upon learning to live in right relationship with the natural world and with other human beings.
