The Path to Freedom and Love >
- A SILENT INSIGHT MEDITATION RETREAT WITH Terry Ray
We all face times of difficulty and stress in our lives. Using ancient techniques, we can transform these occasions to grow and heal our minds and hearts. Through meditation we begin to realize our own natural intelligence and a greater peace than we can imagine. This silent retreat offers guidance and a space to turn into ourselves and learn trust the present moment as well as to help us move deeper into wisdom and love.
